I, Hu Jiaqi, was born in 1962 in Hunan, China. In 1979, I enrolled at the Northeast Institute of Technology (now Northeast University), and after graduating in 1983, I primarily worked at the National Bureau of Building Materials. In 1994, I founded a business, which has since grown into a group corporation involved in multiple sectors. In June 2025, the group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Julong Online (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., successfully listed on NASDAQ. I have also served as a member of Beijing Mentougou District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), for four consecutive terms—the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th.

Since 1979, when I was inadvertently drawn into the study of human issues, I decided that this would be the most important work of my life. As my research deepened, I became increasingly aware of the extremely severe catastrophe humanity faces—not an ordinary disaster, but one that leads to the extinction of all humankind. To prevent technology from causing human extinction and to promote the Great Unification of humanity, over the past 40 years, I have repeatedly written to world leaders, renowned scientists, and other influential figures, urging them to shoulder the sacred duty of saving humanity. In December 2018, I founded the Save Human Action Organization, which was officially renamed Humanitas Ark on January 15, 2025. Through collective efforts, we strive to advance the cause of saving humanity.
